Proof of residency in a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)–designated Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) is required prior to starting and must be maintained throughout employment. (Visit HUBZone Map to determine whether you live in an SBA-designated HUBZone)
2nd or 3rd year college student majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Accounting, Marketing or related field
Hours: 10 hours per week / 40 hours per month minimum

Job Summary Administrative Support Intern CI is seeking a student intern to assist with day-to-day office operations activities. In this role, the intern will work alongside experienced team members to:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, customer service and maintaining organized records
Provide front desk coverage if needed
Support internal communications and help prepare memos, forms, and routine correspondence
Assist with employee intranet by uploading and editing content, ensuring current news items and updated documents
Assist with company website news and social media updates
Contribute to special projects that improve office efficiency, employee experience, or People management processes and practices.
This is a learning-focused role. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and eager to build new skills while learning from documented processes and practiced team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Accounting or related field degree program
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Reliable, able to work independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude, willingness to learn new tools, systems and support processes
